CCNA: WHAT WE DO

We are happy you have chosen to make your home in our neighborhood and community. Our area is a pleasant and friendly one.

The CCNA has been established here since September of 1998. We are NOT a Home Owners Association. We do not impose regulations on individual homeowners. Our mission has been to be an organization to create community relations, interact on area development issues and other city issues of concern and to advocate for safety and betterment of our neighborhood before our city and state governments. We operate totally through volunteerism. When we started we were a mere 100 homes. We are now at build out at 886 homes within our boundaries of Chapel Creek Blvd on the East / Chapin Rd on the South / Old Weatherford Rd on the North and Wakecrest Drive and Splitridge on the West.
